Surgical Admissions Unit
Welcome to the Surgical Admissions Unit (SAU), also known as Ward 18, this unit is used by surgeons to assess patients and decide whether they need to be admitted to the hospital for an operation. The unit is used for emergency surgery by all general surgeons within the Trust, including urology, gynaecology and vascular emergency surgeries.

Visiting times: 2-3pm
Meal times
Our meal times are 12.45-1.45pm and 5.30-6.30pm. If you would like someone visiting to support you during meal times, please discuss this with the nurse in charge.
