Welcome to the Patient Services Team. We want every patient, their carer, family or visitors to receive the best possible service when being treated at our hospitals. We are keen to hear about your experience and would encourage you to tell us what you think of our services. Your views will help us understand what is working well, what can be improved, and how.

Although the staff who look after you do all they can to make sure you are treated properly and promptly, we recognise that occasionally, things can go wrong. If you, your family or visitor have a question or concern about your care or treatment, please tell us as soon as you can so we can help put things right. Comments and Feedback

PALS (Patient Advice & Liaison Services)

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) offer confidential advice, support and information on matters relating to your care and treatment at Poole Hospital. We will listen to your comments and feedback and if something hasn’t gone so well, where we can, we will put things right as quickly as possible. Click here to find out more.

We can provide additional information and support for patients with learning disabilities and/or their carer. Please contact us if you or someone you know has any additional needs or requires additional support that hospital staff need to know about. Problems, concerns or complaints

We always welcome your feedback whether it is positive or negative. If you want to tell us about a problem, raise a concern or make a complaint click here

Complaints are an important part of helping the Trust learn how to improve the quality of care and improve services. Learning from anonymised concerns and complaints is discussed at meetings and shared across the Trust, including Trust Board.
