Dr Shorthouse is the College Tutor for Core Anaesthetic & ACCS Trainees, with clinical interests in complex airway/ENT laryngology, upper limb regional anaesthesia/trauma, preoperative assessment and emergency anaesthesia. He is also an Educational Supervisor and founded the Poole Theatres 'Above & Beyond' Recognition scheme

About Dr Shorthouse

He qualified from St.Mary’s Hospital Medical School in London and completed his anaesthetic training in the Oxford Deanery. He was appointed at Poole in December 2013.
