About Dr Khambekar
Dr Khambekar completed her graduation and postgraduation from the University of Mumbai. She completed her training in cardiology in the Wessex region along with fellowship in cardiac imaging from the South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust.
She specialises in cardiac imaging (transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiography, stress echocardiography, cardiac MR). She runs the Poole Hospital Rapid Access Heart Failure clinic and Rapid Access Atrial Fibrillation clinic. She is also the pan Dorset lead for Adult Congenital Heart Disease.
