About Dr Morgan

Dr. Caroline Morgan qualified from Southampton Medical School in 1994. After junior hospital posts in Portsmouth, Southampton, Bournemouth and Poole, she undertook a 2 year period of research into the absorption of drugs through the skin. This resulted in the award of doctorate of medicine in 2001 (DM). She then joined the Wessex Dermatology Registrar training programme.

In 2006 she was appointed as a consultant dermatologist to Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Before taking up the post she spent a year in Perth, Australia specialising in skin cancer and advanced dermatological surgery. She is lead clinician for dermatology and is chair of Dorset Skin Cancer Network.
