About Dr Masding

Dr Masding specialises in Diabetes and General Medicine, having completed postgraduate training in diabetes and endocrinology in Wessex in 2003. As well as his clinical work, Dr Masding is also Lead Foundation School Director in England (working for Health Education England) and Co-Chair of the UK Foundation Programme Ofiice (UKFPO). He has been involved with the Foundation Programme from its introduction in 2004, having been Poole Hospital's foundation programme training director (2004-2011), and Head of Wessex Foundation School (2012-2018). He was also Director of Medical Education at Poole Hospital (2011-12). He was awarded an MA in education at the University of Winchester in 2010.
