About Mr Lee Gray
Mr Gray initially trained as a surgical trainee in south London, before moving into Wessex in 2001. He is an officer in HM Armed Forces serving with the Royal Army Medical Corps Reserve.
He had a rotation in Emergency Medicine (EM) thereafter and trained in Southampton, Poole and Salisbury. Mr Gray was a consultant in Salisbury for seven years - he was lead clinician there for three years as well as college tutor and Resus Committee Chair.
Mr Gray is now a Consultant in Emergency Medicine team at Poole Hospital looking after Resus, Trauma and Major/ Minor Emergencies in all age groups. Responsible for head injured patients once admitted.
He is also Head of School for Emergency Medicine in Wessex. Instructor on ATLS, ALS, EPLS and GIC courses. He was appointed Deputy Medical Director in February 2018 and is assistant Professor at St Georges Medical School.
