About Dr Grenholm
Originally from Sweden, Dr Grenholm completed neurology training in Uppsala after basic medical training in Stockholm (Karolinska Institutet) and Karlstad. As part of Uppsala’s Movement Disorders team, he took part in research on telemedicine, movement analysis, and psychosocial aspects on dystonia and headache and was also head of the region’s dystonia clinic. After a year in New Zealand, where he worked as general neurologist at the Waikato Hospital, he arrived in Poole 2016 with his family. He has outpatient clinics in Poole and Bournemouth, he leads the Poole Headache Service and is deputy chair of the Poole Clinical Ethics Group. As well as in medicine, he also has a degree in mathematics and philosophy.
