About Mr Hillard

Qualified from Southampton University and undertook his postgraduate training in Wessex and King’s College Hospital, London where he developed speciality interests in Menopause and urogynaecology. Appointed consultant in Poole in 1994. He has previously been clinical director and associate medical director. Nationally he has been active with the NHS, RCOG and specialist societies. Past chairman and current board member of British Menopause Society (BMS); Past secretary of British Uro-Gynaecology Society (BSUG); past chairman of NHS England Women’s Health Patient Safety Expert Group (PSEG); past RCOG lead for clinical safety; Current Women's Health representative for NCEPOD; Current Board member of International Menopause Society (IMS); Associate Editor Climacteric Journal
