About Dr Anja Maibaum

After emigrating from Germany in 1991, Dr Maibaum worked in general medicine and continued in radiology at Cambridge, developing a special interest in breast cancer imaging at Southampton. Dr Maibaum has been at Poole Hospital for nearly 20 years and is a member of the Radiology Breast Group, with half of her work spent in breast radiology.
