It is useful to bring:

An up-to-date list of medication and timings.

Medication in original packaging.
Medicines should be given ON TIME or administered within 30 minutes of the prescribed time.Parkinson's medication should be given on time to ensure Parkinson’s symptoms are managed.
Parkinson’s medications should be taken at the same time you take them at home and should NOT be stopped abruptly
