Derwent Ward
The Derwent is a purpose built 28 bedded elective orthopaedic unit on the Bournemouth site. We specialise in total hip and knee replacement and follow a dedicated patient pathway. We work closely with Ward 7 Left in the main hospital building. Derwent Ward is led by Sister Lyndsey Gillingham. The contact number for the Derwent is 0300 019 6223.

Visiting times: 10am-8pm
Meal times
Our meal times are 12-1pm and 5-6pm. If you would like someone visiting to support you during meal times, please discuss this with the nurse in charge.
