Lulworth Ward

We are an MPCC (Medical Patient Continuing Care) ward, led by nurses and advanced clinical practitioners. We have extensive expertise and are able to support patients on complex discharge pathways, as well as patients who are medically ready to leave hospital but need further support for a discharge planning.

Telephone enquiries

Please arrange where possible, for only one named person to phone the ward to make enquiries and to relay the information to other relatives and friends. If you are making routine enquiries, it would be helpful to the ward staff if you call between 2-3pm. Please note confidential information can never be given over the telephone. If you would like to speak to one of our advanced clinical practitioners, please speak to a member of staff to arrange.

Meal times

All meals will be served at approx. 8am, 12noon and 5pm. We ask you to avoid visiting during these times without prior agreement.
