Ward 24
Ward 24 is a 25-bedded short stay cardiology ward, caring for patients with conditions such as heart failure, infective endocarditis, and post cardiac surgery. The visiting times are 10am-8pm and we aim to have protected meal times.

Visiting times
We have set visiting times to allow us to provide care and for our patients to rest. For the most up to-date visiting information please call our switchboard on 01202 303626.
Meal times
We operate a protected meal time system. This means that visiting is not allowed during this time as nutrition is an important part of a patient’s recovery. If you would like someone visiting to support you during meal times, please discuss this with the nurse in charge.
Our meal times are 12.30-1.30pm and 5.30-6.30pm.
