You Matter: Leading teams through Covid
Teams are working in exceptional ways in challenging circumstances and so may need enhanced and bespoke wellbeing support.
The Organisational Development Team can support with training in a group setting, on areas including resilience training and management of change.
We can also provide support on clinical debriefs and immediate support in a range of settings for example, following a traumatic incident.

Being a leader at UHD through times of change and uncertainty
The last year has been a great test of character and determination for all of us. We have all had to play our part as UHD leaders, no matter our role within the organisation. We have also had to pull together as teams to make sure we are providing the best care for our patients, as well as look out for one another.
