It's Freedom To Speak Up (FTSU) month

Speaking up enhances all our working lives and improves the quality and safety of care. Speak Up Month in October is an opportunity to raise awareness of how much we value speaking up at UHD. The theme for Speak Up Month 2022 is 'Freedom to Speak Up for Everyone'. At UHD we are working to make speaking up business as usual, so that everyone can speak up and feel listened to and that actions will be taken for learning and improvement. If there is something that has been worrying you which you cannot speak to your line manager about, perhaps October is your month to speak to the FTSU team.
