Haematology Support Worker

The Haematology Support Worker works closely with the Clinical Nurse Specialists and takes a key role in co-ordinating care and promoting 'continuity' of care. The Support Worker can also help with emotional support as well as practical help and advice. They can help you to navigate the health and social care system, and signpost you to existing support in the community.
