Welcome to Ward 23. We are an acute medical ward that specialises in cardiology, with a Cardiac Intervention Unit for day patients.
Visiting hours: 2-8pm
We operate a protected meal time system. This means that visiting is not allowed during this time as nutrition is an important part of a patient’s recovery. If you would like someone visiting to support you during meal times, please discuss this with the nurse in charge.
Our meal times are 12.30-1.30pm and 5.30-6.30pm.

Welcome to Ward 22
We are a short stay older persons ward, with a strong multi-disciplinary way of working. We aim to care for our patients as quickly and safely as possible, and we work closely with patients and their families to ensure their hospital stay is as comfortable as possible.
We operate a protected meal time system. This means that visiting is not allowed during this time as nutrition is an important part of a patient’s recovery. If you would like someone visiting to support you during meal times, please discuss this with the nurse in charge.
Our meal times are 12:30 – 13:15 and 17:00 – 18:00.
2pm--8pm.
We advise that personal belongings of high value or large sums of money are not brought into the ward. The hospital does not take responsibility for the safety of belongings for those patients who wish to keep them with them unless handed in and a receipt obtained. A hospital safe is available for those patients who do not have relatives to take these items home or who are unable to consent to taking responsibility for their possessions. We ask that if you take an item home from your relative than please inform the nursing staff so that this can be recorded.

Welcome to Ward 16. General surgical ward specialising in upper GI and colorectal surgery.
Visitng hours: 10am-8pm.
We operate a protected meal time system. This means that visiting is not allowed during this time as nutrition is an important part of a patient’s recovery. If you would like someone visiting to support you during meal times, please discuss this with the nurse in charge.
Our meal times are 12.15-1.15pm.
