Staff Survey

The 2025 NHS Staff Survey will be live from 9 September - 28 November.

Tell us what you think and win an iPhone 16 Pro!

Everyone who has filled out the NHS Staff Survey will be entered into a prize draw to win an iPhone 16 Pro. Thank you to our UHD Charity for funding this prize.

After the survey closes our external survey provider will randomly select a winner. Your anonymity and data will still be protected. If you have won, IQVIA will contact you via email to ask for your consent to share your contact details with the Trust. If you do not give your consent, another winner will be selected at random. Giving your consent does not mean that we will be able to see your answers. Read our FAQs and confidentiality and data handling sheets to find out more.

Everyone who completes the survey will be sent a £3 voucher for our Trust-run food outlets. Vouchers will be sent via email a week after you complete the survey. Thank you to our UHD Charity for funding the vouchers.

The team with the most improved response rate compared to 2024 will win £250. The teams with a response rate of 100% will receive a hamper.

Drop-in sessions

Over the next few weeks, our Organisational Development Team will be holding drop-in sessions where you can access computers to fill out your survey and get survey guidance and support.

19 November, 9-11am in Poole Hospital, Lloyd Adams Building, Ground Floor, E15 Tarrant Room

There will be more information coming soon about sessions across all of our sites. The team will also be visiting wards and departments with iPads to help you access your survey and answer your questions.
