Referrals to the Bournemouth Diabetes Centre

To get referred to the Bournemouth Diabetes and Endocrine Centre your General Practitioner (GP) or Practice nurse will need to send a letter, fax or make a phone call referring you to us. Once you are referred you will then have access to our services.
