Wellbeing Support

Our dedicated Occupational Health Team exists to support Team UHD. From pre-employment checks, and work related jabs, to physio support, and healthy workplace advice, our Occupational Health Team is here to help.

Our Wellbeing Nurse Advisor offers confidential one-to-one physical and mental wellbeing support. And if there are things you'd rather discuss with someone outside of the Trust, we have an employee assistance programme provided by Care First. This confidential service, which covers all sorts from personal finance worries to childcare concerns, is available to you 24/7 online or over the phone.
